FAQ
Attrfix is a HubSpot deal attribution tool that reads every deal's full engagement timeline — first website visit, form fills, BDR calls, sequence enrollments, LinkedIn ad clicks — and produces a single verdict per deal: Inbound or Outbound. It flags every deal where your CRM's recorded source disagrees with the actual sequence of events.
HubSpot's Original Source is set once, at the contact level, and never corrects itself. Attrfix ignores that static field and instead applies a sequence rule across every contact on a deal: whichever channel touched the prospect first, wins. If marketing touched the prospect before a BDR reached out, the deal is Inbound. If sales initiated with no prior marketing signal, it's Outbound. 10 to 20 percent of deals in a typical B2B pipeline flip once you apply this rule.
Inbound: the first recorded interaction was marketing-originated — organic search visit, paid ad click, form fill, email click, LinkedIn ad impression. Outbound: the first recorded interaction was a sales activity — BDR call, cold email, sequence enrollment. Attrfix also applies a stale-lead rule: if a lead went cold for more than 120 days before a BDR reactivated it, the deal is Outbound regardless of the original touch.
For most teams, yes. HubSpot's native multi-touch attribution requires Marketing Hub Enterprise at around $3,600/month. Attrfix gives you the Inbound vs Outbound verdict that 95 percent of pipeline reviews actually care about, starting at $0. You keep your HubSpot reports; Attrfix sits on top.
Two minutes. Log in, click Connect HubSpot, approve the OAuth scopes, and Attrfix pulls every deal from your current fiscal year with full attribution. No scripts, no data warehouse, no pixel install.
Attrfix uses HubSpot's standard OAuth flow with read-only scopes for deals, contacts, owners, engagements, pipelines, and analytics. The one write scope is a single custom property called attrfix_verdict. We never create, modify, or delete your existing records. All data is scoped per user behind Supabase row-level security.
HubSpot is live today. Salesforce support is on the roadmap. If you use both, connect HubSpot now and reach out about Salesforce access.
Dreamdata and HockeyStack are full multi-touch attribution platforms starting at $999+/month and require a data warehouse setup. Bizible is Salesforce-native. Attrfix focuses on one specific problem — the Inbound vs Outbound credit fight between marketing and sales — and solves it in two minutes for $0 to $299/month. If you need full fractional credit across 6 channels, buy Dreamdata. If you need to stop the weekly pipeline-review argument, buy Attrfix.
