Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Attrfix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Attrfix on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. What Attrfix does

Attrfix connects to your HubSpot CRM via OAuth and analyzes deal and contact engagement data to produce attribution verdicts. These verdicts are informational and are not a substitute for your own business judgment.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid work email to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You may not share your account, create accounts for others without their consent, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Free tier and paid plans

The Free plan allows you to analyze up to 3 HubSpot accounts. Additional accounts require a paid subscription. Plan details and pricing are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing paid subscribers.

5. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you bring into Attrfix, including data from HubSpot. By connecting HubSpot, you grant Attrfix a limited license to access and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service
• Use the service to process data you do not have rights to access
• Probe or test the security of the service without prior written consent
• Resell or sublicense access to the service
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or suspend access in response to security incidents. We will communicate planned downtime in advance when possible.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Attrfix is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be error-free, that attribution verdicts will be accurate in all cases, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. Attribution is based on available CRM signals and may not capture every touchpoint.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attrfix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Upon termination, your data is deleted per the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Attrfix is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
